Well it has been a pretty busy week around here. I finally got almost all my flowers planted...Thank God !!!

Tracey & John were up with Duke & Duchess on the weekend, we had a nice but short visit. We did however make it to Clark's for a delicous lunch....YUMMY !!!

My nephew also arrives on the weekend from Red Deer with his girlfriend Jessica. I guess they are going ot stay with us till the end of the summer. They are both on the hunt for jobs right now...

We also got a call from Kennys cousin George, looking to come out her from PEI to work, we are not sure when he is coming yet...details to follow...

Other than that its been good around here, I had lunch with Teresa this week on Monday. It was awsome to see her.

It has been raining all week, real nice for the gardening and the puppy training...LOL...oh well.

I just finished watching the game....a little bit disapointing but we will get them next time. It was awsome however to see the whole arena singing the anthem again...Alberta pride...no Canadian pride. Those Oiler fans sure know how to show their support.

Introducing Oreo, here is our newest family member. She was born on March 27th, 2006. She is a border collie and we adopted her from the Bonnyville SPCA. Her mother was hit by a car and killed just a day after the puppies were born. So they were brought into the shelter to be properly cared for. They were bottle fed and are quite chubby. There were eight of them and they have all been adopted but one. It breaks my heart, I wish I could adopt him too. Okay so we had a pretty busy week around here...

Last Tuesday was Kennys Birthday so we celebrated that one with a DQ ice cream cake...Yummy

Iwent out with my girlfriend to see American Dreamz on Wednesday night... just okay, not as good as it looked.

I had yet another Stampin class on Thursday...made the cutest shoe ever !!!

Friday was a hockey game night....the OILERS kicked San Jose's butt...GO OILERS GO !!!

I spent the whole weekend gardening and buying flowers upon flowers...Carolyn and I went Garage saling on Saturday...

Sunday was Mothers day, Makenna and I started the day off watching Dora's mothers day DVD. Then we went out to Walmart and did some shopping. I got a new lounger for the deck...Happy Mommas Day to me !!! I also took Makenna to McDonalds for lunch. It was also TV night for me all my shows plus the Oilers played again...WAY TO GO OILERS !!!

SPRING FLOWERS

Okay so today was a somewhat busy day...Kenny was off so we loaded up and took a little drive to Lloyd as we had planned. We did some shopping and picked up some really cool bamboo gates for our deck to keep the little monster in where its super safe.

We had an awsome lunch at BP's...untill my husband spilled a whole glass of pop all over our table...thenk god the food hadnt came yet..needless to sat my feet were stickey all day.

We had another little BBQ tonight, my brother came over and then Nola came and got me and we went to Stampin class. Silk Rocked tonight, our project was awsome...she is so frigin creative...I admit I am jealous !!!

Sunday Funday !!!

Okay so it was a pretty typical sunday around here. Makenna woke me up around 9am ish, we had some brekky. She really never ate anything other than a cheese string... oh well...I tried.

We stayed around home and cleaned the living room and the kitchen floors...YUCK !!!

Then as I was surfing the dish, I came across Fried Green Tomatoes....I love that movie...So i spent 3 hours watching it, by then it was a round 2pm. I was left wondering where had the day gone????

So we went out to do some running around, you know Walmart, Canadian Tire, The Bank and so on...we came home vegged out for a bit and then Daddy came home with uncle Scooter. We gardened a bit and then we had a BBQ...YUMMY !!!

So it's TV night....Desperate Housewives, Greys Anatomy, The Sopranos & Big Love...Gotta Go!!!

P.S. My husband is off tomorrow too...YEAH !!!

Okay So theree is our new best friend the ride on lawnmower, it was a big purchase for Kenny and I to make but definatly a good one. Now we can cut the acerage a lot faster.

Makenna luvs her new bike trailer if only i loved my bike as much...we might get a bit farther...LOL

Oh Yeah, The sandbox is the place to be these days, she will sit in it for hours...she loves it !

We went out and bought a new patio set today at Walmart...Where else??? LOL
